First, i choose Endless from Windows bootloader
Then Endless plymouth appear
After a minute, the screen goes to picture below
I can’t attach /run/initramfs/rdsosreport.txt since i can’t mount usb stick.
Is it about initramfs or something?
I try to uninstall Endless and then install again. It happens again.
What CPU and graphics hardware does this PC have?
You can manually mount a USB stick from the emergency shell. Assuming you only have one fixed disk in your system (so the USB stick ends up on /dev/sdb) and the USB stick only has one partition:
mount /dev/sdb1 /mnt
cp /run/initramfs/rdosreport.txt /mnt
# for good measure
journalctl > /mnt/journalctl.txt
umount /mnt
Alternatively run journalctl and take photos of any interesting-looking pages?

This is not a new problem though it seems to be more rare than it once was. Can you boot to Windows, open the control panel, and check whether “fast startup” and “hibernate” are enabled? In theory, if “fast startup” is disabled (we disable it during the Endless OS installation process) then this problem shouldn’t happen, whether or not “hibernate” is enabled.
If “fast startup” is enabled, please try disabling it then booting into Endless OS.

Fast Startup already disabled
After running powercfg.exe /hibernate off and then restart, finally, i can boot into Endless OS

@cho2 what happens if you re-enable hibernation in Windows, hibernate and resume your PC, then restart and try to boot Endless OS again?
Looking for this menu https://lifehacker.com/enable-this-setting-to-make-windows-10-boot-up-faster-1743697169 but now i only find like this picture below under System Settings. I didnt find Fast Startup

Dengan solusi diatas, komputer saya bisa jalan.
pertama saya coba dual boot dari windows saya dan yang terjadi komputer saya freeze di 84 verifikasi saya restart komputer saya tidak bisa booting lagi, kemudian komputer saya clean instal single boot dari usb endless dan sekarang ini yang terjadi… saya rasa endless masih bermasalah di instalasi…
@wjt mzt bilang drive saya yang error, 
, saya pikir kalau di awal instalasi endless menyediakan fasilitas partisi untuk sytem reserved, primary drive akan berguna.
