Right click on my touchpad doesn't work

Please attach the eos-diagnostic log file for any Endless OS problems, and a screenshot or camera image of the error message itself.

To generate an eos-diagnostic file:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’. You can search for it by typing into the search bar on the desktop.
  2. In the Terminal, type the command: eos-diagnostics
  3. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze it and seek a possible solutioneos-diagnostic-181217_145911_UTC 0100.txt (698,0 KB)

The right-click behaviour has changed in Endless OS 3.5.3. See the release notes for more details.

The same problem, bro.

The same solution, bro, from the release notes:

If you want to switch back to the previous behaviour, open a Terminal window and run this command:

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.touchpad click-method default

Wow!!! This command’s helped me! Right button works again! Thank you very much!

he say Untraceable command(order)
or
the key Clik method does not exist
i have endless os 3
and version
3.5.6

Please make sense you’re copying and pasting the command, rather than typing it out and potentially making typos.

If you still have problems, please send a screenshot of the terminal window.
