ADB and Fastboot

is there any possible way to install ADB and Fastboot in Endless OS? I need these tools urgently to fix my phone. Please help…

You can install Android Studio from the app center. I presume it includes these tools.

Android Studio never finishes downloading. Stayed at 99% for an hour until I cancelled it.

I suspect that (for boring reasons about how the Flatpak package for this app is put together) when it gets to 99% it is actually downloading the 1GB app content.
