What are your exact issues? Generally, to enable a VPN, you need a few things.

  1. A VPN Provider which uses a supported VPN protocol, like IPsec. For example NordVPN does support IPsec
  2. The necessary information on how to establish the connection (Remote Address, Secrets, …). These are usally found on the Website of the provider after you logged in there with your personal account.
  3. If you have (1) and (2), you need to enter those information in the dialogues in the control center in the VPN category.

On this support page there are detailed instructions on how to connect to NordVPN service through the GUI. They use Ubuntu, but it’s the same for EOS.
