Hi, i receive this error failed to get related refs: using origin flathub: Certificat TLS inacceptabil, can’t download nothing from app center.
Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:
- Open the application called ‘Terminal’
- In this application run the command:
eos-diagnostics
- The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
eos-diagnostic-211121_221630_UTC 0200.txt (310.1 KB)
it does not work i stayed all with the old version of endless, i restarted the computer but nothing
Can you run those commands again, copy the output from the terminal to this thread, and generate another diagnostics file and attach that here too?

That has worked – if you now restart your computer, you should find it is running 3.9.6.
Hmm, you are still running 3.3.14. It’s strange because the output above would suggest that the 3.9.6 update was successfully installed.
Can you generate another diagnostic file? Please also run the following command and paste its output here:
grub-editenv - list
eos-diagnostic-211124_234135_UTC 0200.txt (314.6 KB)
OK, run this command:
pkexec grub-editenv - create
then reboot.
