Bluetooth issue

Hi, I was listening to some music with my bluetooth headphones and later that day the icon for bluetooth just disappeared i was trying to fix it but it just says “Plug in a dongle to use Bluetooth”, now i know dongle is a USB that installs bluetooth so 'u can use it but i was using it for a month now and it didn’t require anything so please if there is some other solution for me so i dont have to buy that USB please let me know.

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

  1. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
