I am getting the error: error cannot find image 15. Regretting every moment why i installed endless os.
I am also having the same problem. please help.
What i did was disabled my secure boot. It then worked fine.
Go to bios and disable the secure boot.
I came to know after searching here and there for 2 days, losing all hopes and suddenly some post in stack overflow worked for me.

Sorry to hear that you’ve had problems installing Endless OS. Good that you have resolved the problem. Many of us are on vacation until later this week, including the people who could help fix the error. If you are interested in trying Endless OS again we’d certainly like to hear what solution worked for you so we can make sure that this problem doesn’t affect other people in the future.
We believe this is caused by a firmware bug; in a future release of Endless OS, we’ve changed how we launch the Windows bootloader to (hopefully) work around this. Sorry you hit this bug!
