Can't find nvidia settings

Hi there,
I am new to Endless OS. When I had ussed previous distros; I had a settings program for nvidia settings. This is the result I get for lscpi -v , I get

but then when I type nvidia-settings I get;

It’s not there, because it isn’t shipped with NVIDIA, even if the proprietary drivers are - regular users simply don’t need it as the driver normally detects and configures the hardware as expected.

Nonetheless, you can run nvidia-settings, if you download the proprietary package and run the tool shipped with it.

Example for 3.9.1 which ships with NVIDIA 450.80.2:

cd ~/Downloads
wget https://de.download.nvidia.com/XFree86/Linux-x86_64/450.80.02/NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-450.80.02.run
chmod +x NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-450.80.02.run
./NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-450.80.02.run -x

This will extract the installer. Now, every time you need to run it:

cd ~/Downloads/NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-450.80.02
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=. ./nvidia-settings

Please note, that you need to export the configured Xorg configuration file to some location in your home directory and then move it to the proper location /etc/X11/xorg.conf

since Nvidia settings runs on a read-only system, they could create a flatpak package to manage
