hello, i have Acer Extensa (NX.EFAER.091), and i have endless on it. so its about 3 weeks since i have brought it and yesterday computer stopped working like, monitor was turned on bot mouse or keyboard was not working and voice of music started to repeat one letter over and over. so it sticked. then i clicked power off button and shut down and then computer started working after it. it was 4 times. could it be endless’s fault or computer ? when i clicked power off option just because i wanted to shut down computer, not because it was stuck there after endless logo appeared program letters [ok] * and other sentences … and and then i also clicked power off button… so can you tell me whats going on to my laptop ?
