CPU usage is all over the place

Hi

My CPU has been experiencing some spikes in usage since yesterday, but I don’t know why, RAM usage is fine, temperatures are fine. I don’t know what’s wrong. I’ll leave some screenshots on the CPU usage that I took from CoreStats & Monitor System.
