I am trying to run endless on OSX hardware. Could you please guide live media creation on OSX?

Apple makes it hard to boot live media on their hardware; probably on purpose because they don’t want you running any operating system but macOS. However, there are a few ways to do this. We have not tested any of them, but if you get one to work then we should probably make a FAQ answer out of that!
- The most well-known method is uNetbootin although I’ve heard that the USBs don’t actually boot on some Macs.
- There are some suggestions in this post for booting a Ubuntu live USB on MacBook Pro which can probably be adapted to Endless OS.
- This program Mac Linux USB Loader claims to automate the process, but it costs money. Compiling it yourself is free, though. I have not tried it so I make no guarantees.
