Endless os power panagement in Thinkpad devices

Hi,

Firstly thank you for making this interesting os. I’m just starting using it just now, and can’t seem to find or install TLP in it and not aware of any equivalence being available. In addition I can’t find the settings regarding battery charging threshold.
