Endless OS Stuck on Boot Logo

My acer netbook hanged then I forced shut down it. After that, I turned it on again then it was stuck on the endless logo. What should I do?

You can try the steps in this support article to see if that will get it to fully boot. If not, let me know and we can try something else.

I did all the steps but still stuck. It shows this.scripts A start job is running for Journal Service (min sec/min sec)[205.304007] unexpected IRQ trap at vector 73. Hope you cab help me. Thank you.
