Forgot password

I changed my password, then my new password is not the right password. They provided me with a code and was instructed to email the support anyone who knows what other way I can do to open the admin in my laptop? :sob::sob::sob:

Hi,
if you changed your password, the admin password normally should be changed to this new one too. If this is not the case, do the following:

  1. Open a Terminal
  2. Enter:
sudo passwd
  1. Enter your old password when asked, then enter the new password two times when asked.
  2. Now your passwords should be in sync again.

Restart your computer
Once you get to the user menu, choose the main account
Miss the password once and click on “reminder”
Miss the password a second time and click on “forgot password”
Send the 7 digits code that appears in the new message to support@endlessm.com, and do not turn off the computer
Wait for us to provide you a new code that will allow you to set up a new password
