How do i download apps from google? When i try to download one it says endless cant run the app.

You can’t.

Endless OS is built around the Flatpak technology, so you can in general only run applications distributed in this form. For advanced users there’s Podman which allows you to run applications written for Ubuntu and other Linux distributions.
