I have tried some command from other topics and it has not worked 
sudo eos-fix-ostree-repo
sudo flatpak update
Plus I have tried to uninstall all apps with an error reported for flatpak update to go away all errors but I cannot unistall endlessm.photos

Is it possible to force deletion of com.enlessm.photos (shotwell)? I think that without this app I could update.
