Inicialização lenta e tela escura

Acabei de comprar um notebook Asus com o sistema operacional Endless OS, porém acho que a inicialização está lenta.
O sistema “pede” para eu entrar no meu usuário e aí aparece uma tela preta, que demora 07,27segundos, antes de abrir a área de trabalho. Não sei se é normal isso e tô pensando em trocar novamente, pois antes a tela da área de trabalho abria e ficava alguns segundos dividida ao meio. Antes achei que era do hardware, mas agora tô achando que é do sistema operacional mesmo. Alguém sabe dizer se é normal isso?
Apesar disso tô amando o sistema operacional.

Can you please provide us with a diagnostic by opening Terminal and entering:

eos-diagnostics

This will generate a file in your home directory named something like eos-diagnostics-, please upload this file here into this thread for further analysis.

Can you try running a Wayland session instead of a Xorg one to check if that makes any difference. To do this, open a Terminal, then enter:

sudo sed -i s/\#WaylandEnable/WaylandEnable/g /etc/gdm3/daemon.conf

Then, reboot your machine and on the logon screen, select the “Endless on Wayland” option in the cogwheel menu on the lower right:

You have to set a password for your account to be able to use the cogwheel menu.

Pelo que entendi não se trata de um problema no sistema e sim uma configuração, então acho que não precisa devolver o notebook.

I don’t think it’s a hardware issue. Normally when there are hardware defects, the drivers complain about not being able to work with it, but nothing like this is in the logs.
