I need to install test disk software to recover some data from a thumb drive but it’s not allowed to install, how can I fix it?
In order to install software on Endless OS, it needs to be in the Flatpak format. More information about that is available on this support article.
Another option would be to download the executable file you want to run and run it from your ~/Downloads/ folder or somewhere else in your home directory.
