Laptop freezes after suspending

Hello,

I own a Asus A542UN bought roughly 1 month ago.
I set the power button to suspend the computer. The problem occurs after I click on it again, to wake up the computer. It freezes on a black command screen, with 2 lines of code. (see screenshots).
The only way I’ve found to get to the “home screen” is to force shutdown, pressing a few seconds the power button to shut it down and press it again to boot it normally.

I also attatched the eos-diagnostics text file.

I contacted the seller of the computer and they told me they never experienced similar situations and that I should restore the OS, but I’m new to linux and I don’t know I to restore it.

Can you help?

Thanks,

Hello?
Not even an “We will see if we can help” message?

Upgrade to Endless OS 3.4.5

I’ll try that when my connection works haha…
Thank’s anyway…

Edit: I reconnected to my house’s wireless network and this time there was no error message. The upgrade to OS 3.4.5 solved the problem of my laptop freezing after suspension.
Thank you.
