A few questions:

  1. On which connector have you connected the Microphone?
  2. What type of Microphone (Headset?) is it?
  3. Can you please make a photo of the connector.

On devices which have audio input / output (mostly headsets) often problems are related to the OMTP/CTIA standard which has the microphone signal on different rings.
