Microphone Input Not Detected

Hi, so far I love this OS. I’m having a microphone issue though.

The microphone input on my Lenovo laptop is not showing up in the sounds settings. Therefore, no one can hear me during video conferencing. I would appreciate any help I can get.

I’ve tried to upload a picture of the issue below.

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

3. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

Please update the OS to 3.8.0 through the App Center, let us know if it works.
