I am trying to install the LaTeX editor in my endless os, however it downloads and it follows up with the installation but when it gets to 100 % it returns an error. I`ve tried a few times, since I thought it was my internet connection fault.
If anyone has any idea on what I should do or another pathway to take I would be grateful.
Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:
Open the application called ‘Terminal’
In this application run the command:
eos-diagnostics
The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
Could you specify exactly what error it was? It should show up in the eos-diagnostics report if you post that as @LeandroStanger suggested, but perhaps you could also take a screenshot or otherwise get the exact error message from App Center when the installation fails.
Luckly I was able to solve it myself. Well, the problem solved it itself, I just tried a few times more and then done. Should I still send the eos-diagnostics?
As I replied to @LeandroStanger , in the end I was able to install. However it was something related to the Dbus, if it repeats, I will glady send a screenshot, I am still trying to make sense of everything. Thanks a lot!
