Notebook not working after rest screen

I just bought a new notebook, Acer Nitro 5 with rayzen 7 and I am having problems with my operating system.
Whenever I spend time with him, he automatically falls on a resting screen. Upon returning, it stops working. That way, I need to force the disconnect. How can I proceed with the problem?

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

3. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

The state Fetching means, that it’s downloading in the background. The update will be applied after the Download.
