Sorry for the late reply, been out for a while. From your diagnostics file I can see you don’t have the extra codecs-pack installed (https://endless-global.myshopify.com/products/codecs).
I’m wondering whether the video you’re trying to watch is encoded with one of the codecs supported there (such as H.264), which won’t work in the facebook bar unless you have the codecs pack installed.

Ah! You mean that you can only pay with PayPal, right? I’m a bit surprised to see that too, it should allow other means for payment, let me check around and I will get back to you.

Ah, no… wait :-). I got confused myself with the form for payment:
Once you you select the codecs pack and click on “Fechar Pedido”, you will be directed to a page where you either click on “Fechar pedido con PayPal” or you fill in your personal details and click on the blue button “Seguir para a forma de pagamento” at the bottom, which will show then a form where you should be able to use your credit card selecting the first option: “Cartão de crédito”.
If after trying that you’re still unable to pay using your card, please let us know. It might mean a bug in our web store.
