Pen drive não formata

Olá,
Sou usuário básico, quando coloco o pen dirve ele não é exibido e não formata. O que faço? obg

You have to use the Disks Tool to Format the Pen Drive. After this, it’s visible for data storage

Uso o Endless os e o Fedora não enxerga o pen drive. Não encontrei outro aplicativo na central de aplicativos do Endless.

I attach you a video of the correct way to format a Pen Drive for maximum compatibility with almost every other operating system:

The most important step here is to format as FAT, as some other Operating systems can’t handle NTFS.
