Can you share the EndlessInstaller .log file? It’s created in the same folder as the installer .exe each time you run it.
Also if possible, please do these steps:
- right-click the Start button, and choose “Windows PowerShell (Admin)”
- maximize the window and run this command (it’s best to copy & paste):
Get-WmiObject -Namespace root\CIMV2\Security\MicrosoftVolumeEncryption -Query 'select * from Win32_EncryptableVolume' - attach (copy and paste, or screenshot) the output here

For anybody looking through this thread with the same problem, there was a bug in the version 3.3.16 of the installer which meant that on some systems it would say that you had bitlocker when you did not. This has now been fixed in 3.3.17. download the latest version of the installer from endlessos.com

Could you visit https://endlessos.com/download/, download the new version of the installer, and see if it allows you to install Endless OS? (Either way, please can you attach the whole log file here?)
