Problemas com Endless - AMD

Estou com uma AN515-43, Acer, AMD R5 3550H, NVIDIA GTX 1650.
Ao ligar sem estar conectado ao carregador, no momento de fazer o login a imagem distorce e trava.
Quando ligo com o carregador o funcionamento é normal, mesmo se, durante o uso eu retiro o carregador. já fizemos diversos teste, inclusive substiuindo o hardware.

Is this upon booting the computer?

It happens at startup, crashes and is not possible to use. It only happens when I call without the charger.
