Recently I bought a laptop with Endless OS. I have a lot of issues.
- When I try to update the system, it says “error” after searching and installing updates.
- I downloaded apps but they don’t open.

Please do the following:
- Restart your computer
- Open the control center, try to update the system, and wait until it fails.
- Open the app center, try to install and launch an app, wait until it fails.
- Follow these instructions https://support.endlessm.com/hc/en-us/articles/208416346-How-do-I-make-a-debug-log-of-Endless-OS- to generate a debug log
- Attach the debug log to this ticket
