Recuperar archivos eliminados

Necesito ayuda. He borrado con el comando shift+ del mi carpeta principal de documentos y necesito recuperarlos ¿Qué puedo hacer? Mi tesis está ahí…

Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do about it. Shift-Delete bypasses the Thrashcan and permanently removes the file.

There are some tools like photorec out there which can try to recover files deleted, but chances aren’t that good, especially if you used the system after deleting the file. If you want to try that approach, i recommend using the following live USB:
https://www.system-rescue.org/
Download and write to a USB stick on another computer and boot with it. There’s a commandline tool called photorec which will scan a disk for deleted files and try to recover them.
