S.O.S. ! Problems with sound and browsers

Please help me! I have two problems:

  1. My sound doesn’t work - VLC or youtube works, but I hear nothing.
  2. I can’t open my Internet browser or Chrome - when I launch them I find that they are open but I cannot access the page.

I solved the browsers problem (in “display mode” I changed the settings), but I can’t solve the sound problem
