Setup a L2TP vpn on endless 3.9.3

Hi.
I have a clients machine that runs Endless V 3.9.3 and he needs to setup a vpn connection to a L2TP server.
The only protocols I see are Open VPN, and Cisco, and none of those help me (or I didn’t knew how).

I’ve searched on internet, but all the solutions require the apt-get command, which doesn’t work because its read only.

Can you help me?

L2TP is not supported on Endless OS at the Moment.
