Sound output not working in the headphone or earphone

hello endless community,

Please help the audio input does not work when I plug in the headphone or earphone to my lap top. But when I plug it out, the audio works well. I also notice there are no audio input and output coming in and out of the system. Here is the eos-diagnostics. Thank you.

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

3. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

Besides the information @LeandroStanger asked for, we would also like to ask for a screenshot of the screen you get from going to Settings>Sound when you plug in your earphones and headphones.

Just this morning, as I check my lap top. Everything works fine again. I just can’t believe it. Sometime my lap top goes nuts and then after I leave it that way it goes back to its normal operations again. Maybe the system really needs serious updating. It really sounds crazy. Even I can’t really believe it but I am really thankful now I can go on with my work

Anyway, thank you Leandro Stranger and Byron_Diaz and for the endless team for the help and support when I really need it. I really appreciate your help and support. No amount of words can express my gratitude now. Sorry for all the trouble.

I will keep in touch with you guys the next time if I encounter any trouble again with my lap top.
