Не работает микрофон наушника

Не работает микрофон наушника но если его подключить на другие устройство работает а вот на компьютере нет. Endless OS 3.6.2

1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

3. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

Were your headphones plugged in at the time you generated this diagnostic file? Have you tried any other headphones in the same computer?

Да они были подключены, во время создание файла. И да я пробовал другие наушники но все равно не работает микрофон.
