I think I’m having trouble in install Windows 10 using a USB. I have installed Endless. Simply when I go to choose the boot option I have only Endless OS- the current version which is already installed, I don’t have something else. I’m using an 3.0 bootable stick, on a different laptop is working well. I can’t disable the secure boot option.
I think I need so guidance on how to make it work.
I think you’re trying to install Windows on a PC which currently only has Endless installed. You need to enter the BIOS and tell it to boot from a USB stick; the process to do this depends on your computer.
I too have the same problem when trying to install Ubuntu from USB, alongside Endless. In my case, changing the boot order does not get saved (although save is entered!)
Thanks wjt. It is Acer Aspire E15. But it corrected itself, when I tried
several more times.
Best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year of 2018
