Whats is deffernece between FULL and BASE imageof EOS?

Hi i’m new and i’m interested in Endless OS images and am not sure if I should take base or full one.
Thats because Windows app says it wants to dl over 12gb and after unpacking it is over 20GB for english full and thats too much for my pendrive(it’s ~15gb in real world) so my question is
Whats is deffernece between FULL and BASE imageof EOS???
