Windows 7 not boot after installing Endless OS

I just installed Endless along side to Windows 7, and now Windows 7 not boot.

When the system starts, it shows me entry for Windows 7 in boot menu, when I click on the Windows 7 option in boot menu, after few seconds it will show me the boot menu again and Windows will not boot. It show me no error message. Windows 7 option is available in boot menu but it just does not boot. But when I choose endless it boots normally. Someone help me please.

Hi, sorry to hear this. Can you try a couple of things:

  1. Enter your system firmware menu – you normally do this by pressing a key (often F12 or Del) immediately after you turn the computer on. You can look for a boot settings page, and if there’s a “boot order” or similar option, you might find a Windows Boot Manager entry there.
  2. If that doesn’t work – please use the arrow keys to select the Microsoft Windows entry in the boot menu, and press the e key. It should show you a list of commands that will be used to try to boot Windows, including chainloader. Please take a photo of this screen and post it here.
  3. If you (or a friend) have another computer, create an Endless OS USB stick (you can do this from the installer application) and then follow the Uninstall Endless OS using an Endless USB stick instructions.
