hello i am using endless os 4.0.14 Build ID: 230112-174144 GNOME Version: 3.38.5 my device asus Intel® Core™ i3-7020U CPU @ 2.30GHz × 4 program update process slowed down a lot and a lot Freedesktop Platform-Shared libraries this file somehow the download and installation process cannot be executed, it says it is preparing for 3 days, but it still says that the preparation is not finished in other programs, therefore it is being installed in the update. How to solve this situation and the new version 5.01 cannot be found before these updates are finished. How can you help?
