After the recent update of Steam, joining any match in Team Fortress 2 will make Steam unresponsive

I joined a match in Team Fortress 2, and noticed that Steam and the game won’t respond even pressing “Exit Steam” in the taskbar area (The … Icon) except killing it on System Monitor. However, killing it would make Steam unlauchable (unsure, and restarting the Computer itself fixes it)

I tried playing other games like Stick Fight, and no issues unlike Team Fortress 2.
