Always diconnect the internet

I have an Asus laptop and endless os was installed when I bought it. The internet always disconnect, and I have to turn on and off the airplane mode, or when it is really frequent turn off the computer to connect the internet again. The problem was always there, but now it is more and more frequent.

I believe this is a known issue (internal ticket T25135) which @Daniel’s team is investigating.

Recently, after the last update, started the same wifi problem reported above.
I can not generate the eos-diagnostic.txt file. How do I do that?

My system data is:
Version 3.5.9 (190511-135626)
Intel® Core ™ 2 Duo CPU T6600 @ 2.20GHz × 2
Mobile Intel® GM45 Express Chipset
64-bit
