Не могу установить программы из app center

Здравствуйте!Когда я пытаюсь скачать любую прогу из app center скачивание встаёт на 0 процентов.Что делать?

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. Copy and paste this command into the Terminal application:
killall gnome-software
flatpak update --appstream && flatpak update -y
eos-updater-ctl update
gnome-software

не помогло.Так же тупит и не ставит хоть и всё ообновил
