Hi i bought yesterday and asus laptop with eos. i tried to start zoom and just loading and nothing. any solution? and now im trying to instal ubuntu on it and it doesen t boot. any solutions?

whats your exact issue with Zoom? Doesn’t it start? If this is the case, can you please open a Terminal, run the command below and post the output here.
flatpak run us.zoom.Zoom
The Flatpak for Zoom has been updated recently and should work as expected (just tested it on a fresh EOS installation)
Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:
- Open the application called ‘Terminal’
- In this application run the command:
eos-diagnostics
- The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
