Beta Release | Endless OS 5.1.1~beta1

Endless OS 5.1.1~beta1 has been published. It includes some fixes:

  • The screen no longer takes 10–20 seconds to switch on after suspending and resuming the computer.
  • Fix boot failure on some models with enabled Intel® Rapid Storage Technology (Intel® RST) feature, such as Acer Nitro AN515-54.

By the way, the document Booting the previous OS version shows how to boot previous version (Rollback) with GRUB. It includes a demo video, too.

This is useful when boot failed after system upgraded.
