Hi, I’m running a dual boot installation of version 3.2.5 and I’ve successfully paired my JBL Charge 3 Bluetooth speaker, but there’s no sound output from it, nor is the speaker listed in sound settings (please see attached screenshot).

Thank you Leandro, the update worked! Marking post as “resolved.”
Many thanks!
Update 2017.10.03: Bluetooth audio was working but now after the recent system update, there’s a lag and bluetooth audio can be choppy, so I have removed “resolved” from thread header. Seems this may be an upstream issue.
Regards.

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:
- Open the application called ‘Terminal’
- In this application run the command: eos-diagnostics
- The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution
Thank you for following up Leandro. Bluetooth audio is non-functional at this point. Please see the attached output from eos-diagnostics and please let me know what I can do to further assist.
-NT
UPDATE: Bluetooth audio is now working and I’ve uploaded a 2nd file. All I can say is that this morning I started testing out a Blue Yeti microphone and also plugged my laptop into my TV via HDMI cable. Now I can select Hi-Fidelity playback and my JBL speaker is working fine. Sound from Youtube streaming is working (there is a slight skip from time to time, but the audio is synched).
