Bluetooth connection error pop-up

Hi,

So, when I connect my laptop with a Bluetooth device, this works good!
I can connect, no problem.

But I keep getting a pop-up on my screen saying: Connection failed. Activation of network connection failed.

I have no idea why it keeps popping up, since the Bluetooth connection works great.

Anybody got an idea on how to fix this?

Thanks very much!

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal’
  2. In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

  1. The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

eos-diagnostic-200324_213451_UTC 0100.txt (2.9 MB)

Is this ok ? Thanks very much !!

Nobody with a simple solution?

The annoying thing here is, when having some tabs open with Crome for example.
Every time I need to close the Bluetooth connection failed square to switch tabs or close something.
Because it keeps popping open in front of everything else.

Please help
Thanks!

  1. Open the application called ‘Terminal
  2. Copy and paste this command into the Terminal application:
killall gnome-software
flatpak update --appstream && flatpak update -y
eos-updater-ctl update
flatpak uninstall -y --unused
flatpak repair -y

Thank you! I did exactly like you said.
It didn’t work completely, but looks like the pop-up keeps popping up less than before.
Very strange…
It is now less annoying than before
