For some reason, your Bluetooth Adapter is Soft-blocked. This is normally the case when there’s a hardware button on your device to turn it on/off.

  1. Check if there is a Hardware Button for it , maybe it’s hidden behind some Fn-FunctionKey.
  2. If you don’t have such a Button, please open a Terminal and enter:
echo 0 | sudo tee /sys/class/rfkill/rfkill0/soft
  1. Now check if Bluetooth is working and tell us so that we can work out a more permanent solution than (2)

Sorry, had a Typo in the command i gave you, fixed it, please try it again.

Such issues are hard to diagnose remotely. I could imagine that those two issues are related, because the first issue is often caused by a unintentionally pressed key combination. If you keyboard is failing, this keypress could eventually also be done by the failing hardware itself.

So to maybe see something in the logs, next time your keyboard fails, it would be great if you could attach a USB keyboard and run eos-diagnostics again and upload it.
