Boot freeze after closing my Laptop

Dear all,

I am currently facing the following problem.

I was working on my Laptop and have closed the screen top change office. After reopen it I have noticed that the laptop was shutted down. Since then I ended up with my laptop not booting anymore and it’s stucked with the Endless screen. Please find a Screenshot attached.

Can anybody help me to at least save my data :frowning:

Unfortunately, the messages at the top of the screen suggest a hardware failure. Your best bet is to contact Acer for support.
