Subject: Chromium-based browsers (Chrome & Edge) stuck in SSL/Network loop (net_error -200) after recent updates
Description: After the recent updates from the past two weeks, both Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (installed via Flathub) are facing critical sandbox/network issues on my Endless OS machine. WhatsApp Web loops indefinitely on the QR code, Canva crashes during export/saving, and Clipchamp’s text-to-speech engine fails to load. The terminal output shows:
[ERROR:net/socket/ssl_client_socket_impl.cc] handshake failed; net_error -200. Mozilla Firefox works perfectly fine, isolating the bug strictly within the Chromium Flatpak sandbox implementation on Endless OS.
