i want to run files that are linux supported which is .appimage. can it run? cuz it won’t work or taking to long to run because i made it as an executable file and it won’t run or work
Can i run appimage files?
Most AppImage distributed applications should work OOB. You just need to make them executable after downloading.
But please be aware that the AppImages are not run within a Sandbox like Flatpaks, so they eventually can harm your system.
The Endless OS is only compatible with Flatpak Applications
Right now is only possible to install apps that are based on Flatpak. We kindly suggest contacting your software developers’ in order to suggest them to create a version compatible with it.
