Cannot print on Brother DCP-T310

Hi,
I have a Brother DCP-T310 multifunctional, but I cannot print anything… I see it “installed” but it is not working at all.
Help me, please! Thank you!

Something that would help us a lot to understand the problem would be this:

Open the application called ‘Terminal’
In this application run the command:

eos-diagnostics

The above command will create a file with the information of your system (example: eos-diagnostic-160614_111731_UTC + 0100.txt); Send us this file so we can analyze and see a possible solution

What version of Endless OS are you using?
To check which version of Endless OS you are in Settings Details

I have the same problem too. My version of Endless OS is 3.5.7. Please help!
