Can't install endless error: no such device: ostree

I created bootable usb stick endless image (iso) base installer from windows, based on help tutor.
But when I boot the usb stick, show “error: no such device: ostree”
And then I created bootable USB stick use rufus, only show GRUB command.
Is there any solution for me how to Install Endless OS from ISO image ?

If you are having trouble with our Endless Installer for Windows, you can capture a debug log file to share with others so they can help you try and find the problem. In the same folder as the Installer, you should find a log file called something like

FYI, I’m running the usb stick on dos computer (no os at all) not from windows. I’m using windows only to create bootable os.
and there is no log file on usb.
